In order to provide you with the utmost quality of care, Iron Rehab does not allow insurance companies to dictate your treatment. Therefore, we do not have in-network contracts with insurance providers for our physical therapy services. We are a fee-for-service clinic, making us an out-of-network provider with your insurance provider. This payment structure allows our skilled therapists to provide you with one-on-one, individualized attention through the entirety of your health journey—helping you meet your specific goals quicker and with less treatment sessions, overall.
Additionally, physical therapy services in the state of Utah can be provided through unrestricted, direct access. This means no physician referral is required to access our services. This saves you time and money, getting you the treatment you need exactly when you need it.
Reimbursment
How can I be reimbursed for Iron Rehab's physical therapy services?
Requesting reimbursement from your insurance provider can be simple. Upon request, a specific receipt—called a Superbill—can be provided by your physical therapist following your session. Next, using the free Reimbursify App, file your claim within minutes using your Superbill. After submitting your claim, insurance usually reimburses out-of-network claims to those with out-of-network benefits within 2-4 weeks.
