Movement Analysis
Do you experience pain, but only when you are performing a certain activity? If you are experiencing pain only when you put weight on the bar, or go out for that 5 mile run, you may benefit from an extensive movement analysis. Our trained physical therapists will meet with you to discuss your specific sport demands, analyze your sport-specific movement mechanics, and assess any strength or range of motion limitations prohibiting you from performing optimally. By the end of the analysis, the therapist with provide you with potential movement pattern corrections and a training regimen to optimize your sport performance.
